Whirlpool Water Online Shopping Experience
The Challenge
Finding the right water filter for your home refrigerator can be tricky. Whirlpool wanted to make that experience seamless, while also launching a new portable filter product to suit their customers’ on-the-go lifestyle.
They asked us to create and introduce an entirely new brand to water filtration consumers, increase compliance, and ultimately provide the best consumer engagement and online purchase experience in order to grow the filter business.
The Solution:
Part One
Our team tackled this in two phases. First, we created the new EveryDrop brand, and launched a product microsite that showcased the features and benefits of their new line of portable water filters. This parallax experience kept the product at the center of the screen while scrolling down the page; spinning, separating, and ultimately landing in its case at the bottom.

Part Two
For phase two, we created a more robust e-commerce experience that included Whirlpool’s recently redesigned refrigerator filters, featured them alongside the portable filters, and guided the user through the sometimes annoying experience of finding the right filter for their family’s needs.
The site included a filter finder tool, product shop, account setup, and an end-to-end purchase experience.
